My short take

The 13.8-inch model costs $1,399.99 and weighs 1,342 g. Its 2304x1536 touchscreen runs at 120 Hz, and Microsoft rates battery life at up to 20 hours of video. It uses a Snapdragon chip, so check that your apps run on Windows on Arm.
